The other end of the rod is where the valve seat screw on too and that has no set screw that loosen more often.
the whole rod has to be removed to properly lock tight and jam the seat tight on the rod

Ok. Thank you I'll investigate that end of the rod. I'll wait until I have the o-rings and replace them while it's apart. Are the oring kits on eBay your kits Ernest? With the "Ernest Rowe barrel lock spacer"

With my reg set to about 145, I get about 744fps on the power wheel 5 setting and 746 on max. (33.9gr)
On the 25.39 i get about 880 fps max on the power wheel max setting.
Something really strange though, the valve travel adjuster has no line markings on it like the ones i've seen

I've tuned the 33.95's at about 830 to 840fps. Didn't have any trouble getting there, Just did a rebuild, will be testing over the next few days to verify it's still functioning properly.
