Fx dual regulator question

So they say not to shoot below reg pressure, are they talking about 1st reg or second reg?

I have 2 Mavericks and I shoot them down to my second reg, the shooting pressure reg not the bottle reg. So if my bottle reg is at 140bar and my second reg is at 110bar I will fill back up when I start to dip below the 110bar mark. Hope this helps!
