FX dreamtac compact bottle adapter and 300cc bottle

i put the 220 cc on mine i think the 300cc would hit my moderator this is not an fx bottle

I have the best fittings 300cc tank on my .22 Dream-Tac Compact and it fits perfect.

Yea flgunner I measured it and just wasn't sure about the curveture at the end si didn't chance it o well looks good

Yep, it's close, but it does clear, and that's the fat Tatsu DonnyFL in that picture. I wanted the 300cc because it almost doubles the air capacity and is still very compact.

This is the standard configuration. The Moderator is the Huma-Air Mod40 Compact+.

This is with the 300cc CF tank.

This is with the 500mm barrel and the 580cc FX tank. This one has the FX Moderator.

I always run the Donny Ronins, [larger diameter]
so I had to go with a .22L bottle. The .37L didn't fit.
And as usual, no helpful/solid answers out of FX.

Is the Ronin a larger diameter than the Tatsu? I though the DonnyFL's only came in 2 diameters but several different lengths. I also have a Huma-Air that is 40mm in diameter and it fits as well.

Donny's suppressor diameters come in 3 sizes.. Close!
1.22" dia, 1.6" dia [like the Tatsu / Sumo] and in 2" dia [Ronin and Emperor]

So the Ronin and Emps are just a tiny bit bigger.. But 'just enough' that it counts..

What do you mean be adapter? If you have the Dream-Tac/Dreamlite with a CF or Aluminum tank or the Dream-Tac Compact, then it already has the adapter. If you have the standard Dream-Tac with the air cylinder, then you will need the drop down tank adapter.

You can purchase the 220cc or 300cc CF tank from Best Fittings with or without an FX compatible valve. The recent FX Compatible valves that have come on the Best Fittings tanks have had issue and some aren't holding air when being removed. So, until this has been resolved, you may want to purchase the CF Tank without the valve and then contact an FX Dealer, like Trenier Outdoors or Utah Airguns and see if you can order an FX valve.

I have a FX Dreamline Lite... It has the straight, standard Aluminum reservoir.

When I was looking at the Dreamlines I was considering the DreamLite, but really wanted a higher shot count and a more compact air rifle. I found a great deal on the Dream-Tac Compact and since they come with the drop-down adapter and the folding stock adapter, it ended up being much less expensive to get it and then just purchase the larger FX Tank and longer barrel to cover it to a Dream-Tac instead of trying to convert a Dream-Tac to a Dream-Tac Compact.

Apperently only if you run a UT channel to market their stuff, dealers need to get rid of current / old / inventory first



Not sure if FX SWEDEN did the upgrade standard FX gauges on their new batch DTC as almost every FX owner is complaining about them being far from exact and need to replace them with better quality Huma-Air or WIKA gauges, maybe that's why this airbuks only costs about 1100 USD

Same goes for the FX regulator, your lucky if it will survive 3 year warranty period, Huma-Air delivers the quality regulator, about 100 USD

Another item of concern is the High Flow Dual transfer port and enlarged pellet probe, most likely u will like to replace this as well for optimum air flow, only another 30 USD minimum. 



Maybe consider an FX Impact Compact only 2 inches longer and costs only a few dollars more and has hardly no problems at all as it is FX high quality flagship,

or look at other compact airguns as there are plenty of happy shooters that spend less money on their guns

EZ - only a few dollars more for the impact compact? try $700. or a 50% increase. FLgunner - thanks for the information regarding skinny barrel shroud and bottle with plenum capability. will be interesting to see.

Any Idea where I can get one of these? Sooner rather than later. My rubber has a nick in it and no longer seals. Slow leak.

How about an O-ring replacement? Would that work?

The part# is the 11507, same one on the Impact.
