Hello, it’s tricky to explain. But here goes. I started with both colors wrapping at same time. First I ran the cord the length of the cylinder starting from the back to front on the underneath because it’s going to be a bulge and I wanted to go unnoticed. Then starting from the front. I began wrapping the cord around and over the cord running the length. Reason being this way I only have one end of loose ends to secure. Ending at the back I cut it and used industry super glue. Again with the cut underneath. If that makes Sence.

Love how you even color matched the CARM magazines. How do you like them? Do they function as well as the stock magazines?

I can’t say just yet. They have not arrived. I’m betting better because. 1. They have an O- around the hub to hold the pellet from falling through.2 And what I really like is the witness window showing shot #. I have other mags from him. They work better than the OEM ones do

I'm working on some mag designs so I can appreciate the work involved as well as the opportunity for improvement.
The RTI Priest mag, for example, is beautifully crafted but a PITA to load and a bit pellet finicky. Working on a friendlier to load design with a bit more capacity to boot.

I noticed you changed the grip from Hogue to something else..What grip is that? Also looks like you mixed GL-Core butt end with the Hogue butt stock..Did you have a GL core laying around or can you order that part? I like how you personalized it.

Good eye. Yes I had one I had purchased it for this build. Unfortunately it’s to high and I couldn’t get down in it to see through the scope. So yes I needed the real estate when i pressed my face into the check piece. So I removed the but pad from one to the Hogue worked out great. Oh and there was an ugly gap at the top after mounting it lower on the Hogue so I cut the top off the Hogue but pad to fill the gap.

Nice, really came together nicely..What is the grip you used? I am setting up a Ghillie Green next week might take some queues from your set up.
