FX dreamline Shroud removal - Jam nut stuck inside!!!!

I removed the Shroud from my Dreamline Barrel (to use the barrel in my impact) but when it came off, the jam nut was not on the barrel - its stuck up inside the shroud!

in the UK jam nuts cost £40

So I need some tips on how to get it out?

Put some loctite on the threads end of the barrel house and reassemble. Let it set up then try again the jam nut should stay with the barrel house at that point.

Then use a propane torch or something to soften that loctite and remove the jam nut from the barrel house. When you assemble it just make sure that the jam nut to barrel house is always tighter than the shroud to jam nut. If that makes sense.

Done -

-used Green locktite inside the barrel tube

-and fitted it back into the shroud

-and then waited over night

- then warmed up the silencer thread (just a little)

- and then unscrewed the barrel from the shroud

- Boom!! the Jam nut stayed in the barrel!!

I warmed it up a little and removed it, to fit the liner back in and on reasemmbly I had added a tiny blob of green to prevent it from happening again.
