Tuning FX Dreamline Classic re-assembly question

I just received my Dreamline action and barrel back from FX. Upon attaching the barrel and tightening the small grub screws, I noticed the larger M8 grub screw behind the smaller ones was screwed almost all of the way out. I don’t know the purpose of it or how tight it should be screwed in. Any recommendations?

Well that's a bummer. IIRC that is the area FX used to mill the transfer port in the lower part of the breach. They tapped it and put sealant on the grub screw to stop any blow-by during a shot cycle. It needn't be tight, just flush or slightly below the breach. It is not meant to be snugged down as a way to anchor the barrel, but just touching the TP is fine too. If the M8 feels loose you should clean the threads up and apply some new blue Loctite.
