FX Dreamline arrow kit?

Hi, 

I seen another topic about this, and asked a question in it, but I’m not getting any replies. 


it mentions that a .30 barrel is used for the arrow kit.

My questions are, with that .30 barrel that comes with the arrow kit, can it shoot .30 pellets too? Or if I get a .30 barrel for the pellets, will it also shoot arrows?

I have a FX Dreamline with the arrow barrel. I will try and answer your questions, without confusing you.

The arrow shooting kit comes with a separate arrow shooting barrel. It does not shoot pellets. The arrow barrel allow the hollow arrows to slide over it and down to the breech area where the barrels mount.

The standard .30 cal will not shoot arrows, just pellets. You can change out the barrels and shoot pellets for a while and then remove the standard barrel and put the arrow barrel in and shoot arrows. You have to remove your scope to get to the allen head screws to remove and install the two different barrels. They use a .30 cal for the larger pellet probe to get maximum airflow down the pellet barrel to propel the arrows.

The picture shows the arrow barrel and the arrows slide over it and seat just under the scope at the beginning of the arrow barrel.

No other explanation needed. Kinda wish it would have been double purpose. I guess it could be for shooting spit wads.
