You can loosen the nut and rotate it to any position you want

It's perfectly OK to rotate the outer sleeve with the nut loosened.

• remove silencer from gun
• loosen nut
• rotate outer sleeve approx. 180 degrees
• re-snug nut
• re-install your silencer
