With a 700 mm barrel where can it get to velocity wise for 22 slugs, also do they suffer from any poi shift from day to day?

You should be able to get 24 grain slugs around 940 fps.....150 bar.
I never had POI shifts with my 600mm Crown 22.

I've got a gen 3 .22 with 700mm and it really only did well around 135 bar. I could only get 27 gr slugs moving at 860fps (on a balanced tune) . I think 25gr would be a good weight for an unmodified crown. My 25gr slugs are not picky about speed or tune. Mine is modified, however. Hammer weight and porting puts it at 982fps with 29gr (155 bar)
Now of course POI should always stay the same, but it youre storing or transporting it on it's side, pressure on the barrel will cause it to shift a smidge. It should shift back, but if I do transport it, I'll press lightly on the barrel left and right, and then check POI just to be sure. I like to store mine on a rack that supports the bottle and stock. Or leave it sitting on the bipod and stock.
