FX FX Crown range report

The FX Crown is my upgrade to the Benjamin Marauder that I started with and today was day 1 at the range with the FX.

Am I happy? Oh yeah! I literally laughed after shooting 3 shots into the same hole.

First, I set the velocity. At 25 yards, I went with a 3 on the dial which is about 750-770fps.

Then I zeroed the scope. 6 shots to get it on center. No problem there.

Then, I shot for 30 minutes with an ear-to-ear grin on my face.

Summary: the FX is at least as accurate as my Tikka T1x which is saying something.

Wait till you get your crown to out shoot most PB at 100 yards and beyond….obviously you need slugs to do that.

Yep I shoot sugar cubes at 50 yards all the time with mine. I like them better than paper as they explode. Grin! I have had a lot of PCP rifles in the past 30 plus years and the Crown I purchased 7 or so years ago is the only one I have kept.
My first love though is a quality springer. Much more fun. Still fun though to close both eyes and still hit a sugar cube.
