FX Crown Loose part?

Hi guys,



I just got my first PCP, an FX Crown.

Kinda scared to ask this question, but is it normal to feel something moving inside the action when the rifle is uncocked? It feels like the hammer or something is moving freely inside when the gun is moved.

The hammer is free floated, when not cocked it can move in its housing, this is good as hammer bounce is reduced/eliminated.

Well, I kinda feel it on both sides. Its just in the middle top of tge action, below the probe.

Ok, I was just making sure it is normal. 

It is actually my only indicator if the gun is cocked or not, so it is a good thing. Plus what u mentioned about eliminating the bounce of the hammer.
