Fx Crown Continuum Regulator Adjust.

I just have a quick question. So I am wanting to back my regulator pressure down. It’s currently around 150. I want to bring it down to around 130. But the manual says not to adjust the regulator down with pressure in the system. And that you can adjust the pressure up with pressure in the system. I was watching Steve on AEAC and he said that it doesn’t matter. You can adjust the pressure up and down with pressure in the system. 
Also the manual seems kinda outdated. Like it was maybe for the old version of the Fx Crown. So is the reg adjustable up and down with pressure in the system.

The continuum has the new regulator. You can reduce pressure 1/4 turn then fire the gun reducing the pressure on the regulated side then repeat as you go down in regulated pressure.

I wouldn't risk it, its easier/faster/safer to just de-gas the gun completely, then adjust upwards.

Hi

The safest way to avoid damage to your regulator is to degas it to lower its regulation to increase pressure no problem, if you are familiar and have experience you can follow other methods
