This is for people that have the non working shroud and want a air stripper. It took a while but the thread is M20x1

An air stripper (factory style) will make the shroud functional to reduce sound levels.

Maybe that makes it an LDC?

You are probably right. 

I was just thinking of an air stripper by itself being considered and LDC.

Yeah maybe im off, youre probably right. If its like a muzzle brake then its all good.

I have a air stripper on my Hammerli 850 and its legal, it doesn't reduce the sound at all. Anything that defeats the sound is not legal in Canada. I have to add the airstripper dose help with shot placement consistency.
