FX Fx Crown at 45 yards

These targets were shot with wind.. My question is why does the effect seem to be more pronounced at 45 yards?
Alpo007,
I am attaching the video done by Matt Dubber a couple of years ago about the spiral problem. The problem is a function of the pellet speed , the wind speed and direction, the pellet size and shape, and the twist rate of the barrel. As explained in the video an unsettling force (like a cross wind) can cause a chain reaction of events which induce spiraling. The further the range the larger the spiral. Matt also includes a link to a Slovanian guy who has a video that is a bit more technical in his explanation. Enjoy!
Cheers,
Greg
