FX Crown arrows shooting

Hi , I would like to shoot some arrows with my FX Crown , but I'm a bit upset by the noise ( no moderator available ) . I guess it requires a lot of power to shoot such a projectile and makes the gun to be loud. How does it compare with .30 cal ?

Does somebody have any experience with arrows shooting ?

Old post. But I will add my thoughts . I just purchased the arrow kit for mu Crown mkii continuum . at 40yard im max on my scope turrets with my 25cal slug set up . It is loud ,BUT its not the same crack as the high with slugs, and doesnt seem to travel far ( Sound) I shoot the slugs on max and the Birds all scatter , they dont seem to be bothered by the arrow sound. I have not played with reg or setting , just Max and High . I am an Archer hence the reason I had to own it and compared to the 150 lb Crossbow the airbow is similar hit, and distance , and funny enough about the same noise ,differnant noise but stil as loud as the strings and stock make . My wife said the airbow sounded like I was splitting wood in the yard she had no idea it was the airbow. HTH . I will do a full reveiw once I get more than 2 arrows to play with and maybe a different scope .
