Great video and arrow guns are a ton of fun as long as you keep the FPS down so you don't destroy yer arrows.

Ok guys, can this be put on or modified for an Impact? I don’t own a Crown and am interested in 450fps + ; anything faster and with more range than my Hoyt.

FX made an arrow barrel for the impact but not for long. It took special arrows with a plug on the back.

I frown at proprietary arrows like in the FX impact video. They should keep it simple and use a tube the arrow slides over like the benjamin airbow, air saber, and hatsan harpoon.
Having the adjustable regulator would be a huge game changer for anyone that likes shooting arrows and would save many arrows from destruction or blowing out inserts which is the main problem with the slide over the tube type.
2219 bolts or 2216 arrows made of aluminum are the way to go. Over the counter availability for complete arrows and the parts to build your own are available.

I know this is an older thread, but does anyone know if the Umarex Air Javelin Arrows will work on the new Crown/Dreamline Arrow Barrel? A six pack of the Umarex Arrows are about $20 cheaper than the FX Arrows.
Gold Tip Swift work fine. Its all about the inside diameter of the shaft . It is 7.7mm or 0.30315 inch Just contact the dealer for Umarex and check . I have a Crown AB kit . The gold tip are I.D. of .300″. and they work fine BUT they take longer to load due to air pressure in the tube. HTH

Old post but I've made my own impact with molded from crown setup.
Works like it should. Groups 1"-2" in groups 25yds.
Running 170 bars shoots 290-297fps with the standard FX arrows. I'm using the 30cal air port with a slug probe. Later I'll delete the probe and blanket off the end, so no probe will be needed
I'm going to down size the shaft from 10mm ID to 6mm ID which should increase the outward pressure and gain roughly 30-50 fps more.
I'm only doing this for the purpose of hunting deer during bow season..
