First, a bit of background info.
Decided to chrony my Crown synthetic in .25 cal today based on factory settings:
Info: FX Crown .25 Synthetic from Utah Airguns (no tuning requested)
Regulator: 130 BAR
Average JSB 25.39g velocity based on HST (no tune)
MAX -- 930 fps
5 -- 906 fps
4 -- 865 fps
3 -- 798 fps
Average JSB 33.95g MK2 velocity based on HST (no tune)
Max -- 840 fps
5 -- 806 fps
Didn't go lower as I don't plan on shooting these any slower than 800 fps
Now for the accuracy using the MK2's, unsorted straight from tin.
It's interesting to note that at least for the yardage I was shooting at, I got better results with these moving a little slower than what Ted's guns are shooting them (830 fps).
Either way, I'm happy that I don't have to mess with the regulator to get more speed out of my Crown and it's shooting both the 25's and 34's great with just HST adjustments.
