I ordered the 6.35 VS and would like to know how much to modify the TP, reg is set @ 135 and shoot hades @ 906 fps average

What are you trying to accomplish?

I have a Continuum (Mk1) in .25/6.35 and I have always left the transfer port wheel on the .25/.30 setting. I have only done chrono testing with a couple of different pellet weights, and at different hammer spring settings. My reg is also set (factory?) at about 135 bar, but these numbers are with the 700mm superlight barrel.

I puy the new superior barrel on it and shoot hades and knock out slugs and have read that the vs and TP mod flow more air easier, Iam not looking to go wild with the reg but I want to be able to shoot out to 150-200 yds, I hunt prarrie dogs.

You can port the brass transfer port on the breech end of the barrel and match the probe port to it and gain around 25 FPS on that mod alone.

With the larger valve seat you may or may not benefit from a hammer weight if you stay around 130 BAR on your reg. 

I found that with a hammer weight I had to decrease hammer spring tension to see an increase in velocity.
