Tuning FX Crown 25 cal

Last week after 5 shots it dumped all the air down the barrel, would not pressure up, leaked down barrel.

Pulled the valve seat out and found nothing wrong with the seat or o rings, reassembled gun and filled fine, shot fine 50 rounds and than it started leaking again worked cocking lever and quit leaking, refilled and still shooting ok >

Would it be worth getting a new 6.4 tittanuam seat for it ?

Will be interesting to hear your eventual outcome. My Boss did the same thing (dumped all air down the barrel, won't pressure up) but I have not yet gotten it past this point (never was able to get it to refill again)

My Dreamline started doing that. I called FX and Kendall (tech) told me to remove the air tube and make sure the valve holder (what you see when you look in where the tube screws in) was tight. Sure enough it was almost unscrewed. He said these would vibrate loose. He recommended a drop of loc tite gel on the threads. I didn’t use gel just screwed it in tight. No more leak. Hope that helps!

Normally that is caused by a broken valve seat

I'd try lapping the valve and seat..... sounds like the seat/seal there is poor

I would just keep shooting it for a while and go from there they sometimes fix themselves. If it still continuously does that I'd bump up the reg pressure and leave it upped and shoot it a lot more then back it down again.

Don't try to power a light bulb with a potato.
