Fx Crown 177 tune

Finished up a 177 tune for a guy Thursday. 500 mm shooting the fx 10.34. Amazing shot count and accuracy. Was really windy but it shot damn nice and guns really smooth. Sounds like a tuned race car. Think it will be a great field target gun for sure as that’s what he’s gonna use it for.

thanks at one point i thought my chrony was broken. seen 7-8 same numbers kept coming up really nice i sure hit the jack pot on this one. then every other number was the same. dont see that often enough

Perfect timing for your post. I very recently bought a 500mm .177 barrel for my Crown MK2. I’m just now starting to work on a tune. I have a bunch of JSB and FX branded 10.34 pellets. Also some 13.43 pellets as well. I’d love to hear more about the winning tune that you came up with. The velocity range you have achieved is just what I’m looking for. Thanks,

I'm currently working on a Dreamline Tact with a 500 MM barrel and a Crown with a 600 MM barrel and 13.4 gr slugs. Can't say that either have the accuracy I'm looking for. I'm interested in your results. 60 shots per fill? Seems you should be getting over 100. What is your reg pressure?

its well over 100 shots per. fill thats just a shot string i shot. regs at 95 bar hammer is way loose and power 3 on the wheel. at 50 yards it will shoot dime size groups if the winds not crazy
