Do the fx chronograph messure ES and average speed?

Yes, they do. There was an update put out a week or two ago.

It should be the only app you can download now. I suppose the update might have only been given to beta testers, but I don't believe this to be the case. I'm a beta tester and signing up is easy. You might try signing up as a beta tester and downloading it that way. This can all be done through the Google Play Store.
