Debating between these two nice air guns in .30 cal for small to medium game hunting. I like the impact more but my fear is it's the first gen and there's going to be bugs that has to be worked out. The Bobcat on the other hand has already been refined. Let me know what you think and giving your options. Thank you

both are great guns from my research; the impact has more features, but cost more. For me there is no question, since the bobcat is muzzle-to-butt ugly.

i just bought a used 30 bobcat and i like it, it is very accurate out to 100 yd, thats as far as i shot it. but its loud compaired to royales and the cocking lever is in a bad place for me.

PlanB, do know the db level of your Bobcat. I'm planning to target practice at home too so it's got to be backyard friendly. Glad that you gave me that feedback. This could easily narrow down my decision.

Buy the Baffle stack from ?? I use 3 and nobody can hear anything..
