I have been searching the web for more info on the amp regulator specifically for the impact. My impact has an amp reg and I'm not sure how high i can go. Is it still 150bar max like the previous gen?

Amp can go up to 170. This is from fx Jon. Older reg will max at 150. You don't really need to even go past 150 bar. Most .25 and .30 cal are set to 140-145

I have been sitting scared at 155bar. I was planning to add a hammer weight and get the 45gr 30cals over 900fps. I have a 600mm barrel and I'm at 885fps.

I was also told 170BAR was the recommended maximum for the AMP regulator. I had mine set at a tad over 150BAR for a long time and finally decided to turn it up to 160BAR for slug testing. No ill effects at all, it works as it should, like it always has.

It has been said, 170 b is the max recommended pressure, can you go higher, sure! but probably will void warranty.

Turned up to 170bar. Sitting right at 900fps now and still putting pellets in the same hole at 40yards. Thanks for the info.
