Yes, they have been available, for awhile now, I got one a few weeks back. Kind of expected to see what was in the pic in the post above when I opened up the well wrapped package. But nooo... the finish was horrible so I sent it back and got another that was actually worse, delivered a few days later, so I sent it back and got a refund. Shame on FX for sending out ugly beat up used looking parts as new and wasting my time and effort.

I just ordered mine last night along with a cf barrel sleeve. We'll see what shows up in a month or so.

That could have been the dealer or whoever sold those. It looks like they were stored and shipped improperly. I don't see FX not knowing how to handle/package/preserve a product.

Im more disgusted with the micro finish then the damage to the part. Would love to see the call out, ra125?

They were both in plastic bags with bubble wrap in a cardboard tube that was wrapped in bubble wrap in an oversized box. So, packed very well that is why I blamed FX.

I think the damage came from the bag of 3 inserts which are free to move around in the packaging. Those 3 parts should be in a small padded bag.

I believe my inserts came in a zip locked baggie.

Yep, so I would also speculate that they were damaged already prior to packing.

Mine were in the small zip lock bag also, but the bag was free to move around in the packaging which could lead to the tuner end being scratched. My theory anyway.
