FX aftermarket carbon bottles?

I have a FX dreamline compact with the standard tube. I'd like to get rid of the tube and add a bottle adapter + CF bottle. The official FX bottles are nearly impossible to find and, when you can, are fairly expensive. I don't need the DOT certification either. Does anybody have suggestions for CF bottles that dimensionally are compatible with the FX guns? Dimensions for the FX bottles are difficult to track down as well.

I got my 580cc bottles with the fx valve from Talon Tunes.

439 But at least they are available. 299 for the 480cc

I see they have a 480 version as well for 299 including the valve. Not bad. I wonder if the Acecare .5L bottles fit? They show a 61mm OD. Does anyone know what the standard FX bottle OD is?

Looks like the acecare .5L is 168 shipped without a valve. Brings it up to 238 plus shipping cost for the valve. 

I ended up finding the FX 480, plenum, and bottle adapter all at one shop (ohio airguns) so I bought from them. Thanks for the input guys.

May be worth pre-ordering if/where allowed. I pre-ordered the FX 300cc bottle from Utah Air, about 4days ago.. it was shipped yesterday.

Talon tunes bottles are surprisingly close to FX bottles but at the same price. Why not just get the real deal and not have to worry about warranty?

I just bought a legit FX 480. Found a vendor that had the bottle, bottle adapter for dreamline, and the power plenum in stock.

FX bottles are not that rare or uncommon. Have you looked in our classifieds.

FX, Talon Tunes, Daystate, Hatsan, etc - they are pretty much all made by INOCOM. Just a different label on them. What would be a "warranty" issue?

warranty as in call FX and they will take care of it, will inocom call any of us back and replace our bottle? Maybe it’s just me but I rather have one place take care all the issue that gun has. The bottle is unlikely to have issues but the valve is another story IMHO.

I know this is off topic, but wanted to see what your opinion is if JB's guppy tanks? Esp vs Omega's of about same size?
