I took a boss hammer/weight and drilled down the 7mm shank/tail to 3mm from the face in the head, ended up 160gr.then I put 12mm long piece of model parts tree in the hole,and filled it with 177 pellets and used a 1/8"punch,to set. then drilled the lead out to my target weight,and poked a little j-b weld in the hole its balanced front to back and I can drill it all out and start over anytime
