FX 480cc bottle gouges

I finally have the chance to inspect the Impact that I purchased from another forum member. I noticed there's a few nicks to the CF air bottle. Judging by these photos, how concerned would you be?

The manufacturers state that if the chipping is just on the outer gel coat, the bottle is fine. If it chipping/cuts goes through the gel coat and frays the fibers, then you may be concerned.

I just updated my original post with some additional macro photos (using a high-quality 10x loupe). I can't exactly tell from looking at it if the gouges penetrated deep enough to be a concern, it does appear that there is a heavy coating with what appears to be fibrous materials and the surface of a second layer of materials. 

Either way it's concerning to me. I don't really want it exploding around my family or I. Not real happy about it, I need to contact the seller later and figure out a resolution.

The one in the first three pictures is into/beyond the cf. That one I would be concerned with. The others are pretty much superficial.

Thanks guys. I got inspired by a recommendation made to me by @Buford and took the bottle down to a fire safety / filling station, and showed them the dings. They do not have a fittings to hydrotest it, one of the guys that works there is a paintballer and said he thinks it's too dangerous and that I need to replace it.

The seller (@2511bless) claims he never noticed it, and refused the partial refund resolution that I proposed. It's obvious to me now why the exact damage area was never depicted in any of his blurry listing pics.
