FX .35 Impact no moderator

whats up with no moderator included with the .35 impact

all the other models have it included yet not the .35

it is pictured and it is not mentioned its not included ( like a scope or other accessory )

I contacted the dealer and the told me they were not on the ones they received.

if you are not going to included this you need to change the photos or post it is as a not included item with this model.

I am hoping this can be explained or it would be an unfortunate unfair practice?

did others receive there .35 impact without the moderator?

From the dealer sites it seems like it is included. Utah Airguns mentions a DonnyFL upgrade. That seems odd if they really are not including them.

there was no mention that is was not included and there has been one in all barrel kits and impact rifle.

so being that the 35 needs one more than any of the other caliber it didn't make sense it would not come with one.

maybe FX can let us know what is suppose to be included?

It should come with a factory stackable moderator, it's just an aluminum tube but relatively effective.

UPDATE

I contacted FX they said they become aware of the fact that the place I got my rifle had been shipped without moderators.

they ask me to send / email a copy of the invoice and they would sent the moderator.

mistakes can happen even in a good company how they handle it is the best test to show there good /great
