Thank you for the help. I ordered a seal kit from this gentleman on Ebay.

No problem pcctex, good luck with the rebuild. It’s not too hard but can look intimidating once opened up. Take pics when disassembling. I found a decent video of a guy rebuilding a 601 that was pretty helpful.
