Tuesday i spent time with the FWB600 peep sights . finally got the sights adjusted, what a pleasant chore (sort of ) . the gun was shooting 3/8 inch groups but not on POA .
Think i got it now , today will tell . their are no instructions how to adjust peep sights IE; what each mark stands for (moa ?) no you tube on how to adjust , just how to use . With these old eyes i have to use a brightly lit target, trying to see a orange 1/2 inch dot @ 10 meters is a bit of a challenge .

Try getting some 10 meter targets. The sights are designed to be used with them. When you have proper sight picture you see the target with a slight ring of white around it. If the targets you are using are the wrong size it makes this impossible.

Yes the human eye is auto centering , the eye/brain will just naturally center the dot in the ring of the peep sight . and yes i have "official" 10 meter targets , the problem is old eyes
I have the same issue. There was a link to a bunch of free targets on this site but I can't find it anymore. I found one that had a thick black border around the bullseye, but it was white in the center. That one helped me the most because I could see the hits (barely) as well as the bull in bright light through the peep. Have fun!

Generally on 10m match sights, turning the adjustment knobs clockwise results in adjusting the pellet strike down and left.
If the knobs are marked L and R on windage and H and L for elevation, you would adjust your pellet impact by turning the knob in the direction that your impact is off in relation to the 10 ring. If you are hitting left, turn the windage in the left direction and vice versa. Same principle applies to elevation, if hitting high you would turn the knob in the H direction.
The small graduations are usually in Millimeters or small increments of a Millimeter and if I remember correctly, one complete revolution should move your impact 1 scoring ring on an official 10M target.

Different adjustments to achieve the same end result.

The 10M sights are really just marked differently.

If the pellet is hitting right, you turn the knob towards R and it moves the rear aperture correspondingly to the left.

US manufactured rear sights are usually marked in the conventional manner where R moves the sight to the right and so on.
