Man I'm hoping the USPS gets it there on time . Haven't bother tracking it . Really hoping you like the stock finish . I'm supposed to have new scopes here tomorrow . I gotta get off my butt and get back to work ...Falling Behind !!!
Deja, that is Ken's Italian sports stick shift. I got to see the 300 that Joe sold to Ken and it is indeed a pretty gun. Oh i also own the Mueller 8-32X44 scope it is on my BR FWB P70, I don't think I could shoot better with a more expense scope.
New at this. How do you load it beneath all that scope? Has the port been enlarged to accommodate large fingers? Or is there some sort of loading tool? For me it's not the easiest of tasks even without a scope.
Bob I know Joe has had one of his ports cut down on one side but I don't think he likes the large scopes either. For me it doesn't matter much since most of my scopes are long enough to leave room over the port. But I use a shorter scope on some of my rifles. On my Walther LGRs the flip up loading port does limit how far forward the larger scopes can be.
