FWB 300S Universal help

Ok folks I just traded some rimfire ammo for this rifle. The seller has had it for many many years and said it was missing some form of riser for the rear site.

It has seen some good use and still shoots great. 

Any idea on who would be good at refinishing/restoring this rifle?
