FWB FWB 124D stock?

Does anybody recognize the T stock on Beeman San Anselmo 09507? It's pretty well done, but not spectacular, probably homemade? Also, what does the "0" in front of the serial mean: is this an early four digit number?

The 0 is something that can appear or not. It's a 5 digit number so some guys put the 0 and some didn't.

As far as that stock....definitely not factory.
