Why do I have this weird feeling that the next step for FX is to reintroduce the full semi auto into their new lineups? Am I thinking too far ahead? Anyone else have this feeling?

Fx already have a couple of semi pcp rifles. An semi auto impact, probably not. Closest thing to an semi auto impact is the sk19

Thanks for the heads-up on the SK19. Just saw a YouTube video on it. Personally, I'd love to see a semi auto on the Impact model. It would be a game changer.

If the impact goes semi auto, I think it will defeat its value, Its a nice feature to have, but I like it just the way it is. maybe third party option.

Children... "Full Auto " will require some extended ammunition feed mechanism, such as 100-500 round belt fed, 50 to 100 round drum or double-stack clip magazines...either bottom or top mount. The British had the best idea with a top mount machine gun magazine, as this allowed the shooter to stay closer to mother earth, and stay alive long enough to finish the clip contents. As always, the best defense in a kill or be killed situation is whoever can get the most rounds down range in the shortest possible time. Aiming becomes indifferent as regards accuracy. "Spray and Pray" is generally the best description given when firing 650+ rounds per minute. You are not so much "aiming" as you are "hosing" a given area with a constant spray of (expensive?) ammunition.
Now...a sane individual might ask "Why" one needs a full auto pellet gun! That's akin to using a 6" diameter fire hose to water your houseplants!
Movies aside, the real truth is full auto weapons, of any ilk, use LOTS of ammunition, with extremely limited accuracy resultant from firing in "bursts"! If one wants the "excitement" of firing their pcp's in bursts...at least have the good sense to buy a cheap, full auto, BB gun first. Shoot the damn thing through a couple cartons of ammo, then ask yourself "Why?" Once you have done it a couple of times on the range, unless someone is shooting back at you, the "fun" fades very fast, and the gun generally gets put away until someone new comes over and you can let them "play" with it for awhile, until they too get bored with it and toss it aside.

Not for me for hunting particular for safety reasons. I fire a round and now I have to worry about a pellet load and ready to go in the breech. I don't ever trust safeties to keep me safe. Bill

There is already a full auto .22 pellet 100 round belt feed pcp airgun. smg .22 air-ordnance tactical. Firing. 22 cal full auto 100 round under 1 min is very expensive. If anyone want full auto get them cheap bb gun that can do full auto. Full auto pellet gun is just waste of money.
