Leaving out the political part, I was just thinking of what will happen to the availability of airguns like Edgun, Kalibrgun, Taipan etc. with what is going on with Russia and Ukraine. Those brands are already far and few since they only get imported in very small quantities currently. We may not get to buy them anymore if things go south over there.

Actually been surprised for the last 4-5 years that product has even made it into the USA from eastern Europe much as it has.
Indeed if things get ugly expect a Black Out of said products and any support etc ... Tho just a WAG.

Well, Taipan and Kalibrgun are both located in the Czech 
Republic. It's a good thing that JSB is headquartered here in the USA. Oh wait...

Would be nice if there were more mfgs here in the states for pellets. Or at least a branch of JSB and H&N were made here in the US. Could help stem the tide of things, if they do get really rocky in those areas. Just pick up the raw material and move the bulk of it to the other sites.
I can see it both ways, having many years of military experience not only myself, but friends and family as well.... things may get worse, but i am guessing not so much. People are pushing to see what they can get away with much like a young child. As long as people don't do something stupid, mainly on our side, I am not thinking anything will really happen. At least that is what I am hoping and praying for. There is always more going on that us "common" people are not aware of

Depends how you look at it...
- Price for used airguns might go up... As you can't get new ones
- Price for used airguns might god down... As you can't get spare parts
- And if any of the alphabet agencies/UN have their way, anything remotely looking like a "gun" will most likely be harder to obtain.
