Further observations

The skies were blue with no rain for a change. Temp was about 45 or so. On recomendations of board members and a couple of Youtube videos, I tried different pellets. AA 8.4 grain and JSB 8.44 grain Exact Diabolo gave groups at 25 between half and three quarters of an inch for ten shots. I'm

loving this Marauder. First groups are higher on the target are

a bit higher than subsequent groups as pressure drops.

Now, for observations and opinions.

1 The smallest point you can focus your scope on at any given range will often give you the best groups.

2 Number your magazines. This makes quirks and defects easier to identify.

3 Bipod or bags, consistency is always the key component.

I am amazed at the level of precision and technology in todays airguns. I've been shooting competitively for thirty years or so with powder burners and I am amazed at what is being done with air today. I truly appreciate the advice and assistance I've gotten here.
