Cmatera is correct. I have the same problem leaking. I removed the bottle from the gun to lower the regulator pressure and screwed it on as normal and it leaked. It was tightened more than i was used to to try to seal the leak.
I had an FX Crown that i did the same process several times while tuning it and never had an issue ever. So I knew what tightness to expect to seal. I do not believe this to be a user error on either of us. You cannot screw the bottle on crooked and the seal cannot be too crooked to not seal by design.
