I use a rear "sock" that I can "squeeze". It works great and can be filled to the desired size so you can use different "socks" for different gun setups. This guy has made a video of exactly what I did....he just did the video and I didn't. lol. Gotta give him the credit. He uses it as his "front" rest, I use it as my rear rest.

I think it will fit the bill you are looking for....it will cost you a sock and some airsoft pellets. Pretty cheap solution.

Slightly bigger than rear wedge rest shown above by hawkeye69, is this one that I use....

This one allows me to use it in multiple ways. Forwards, backwards, on it's side, flipped over (for a little more height), or on its back for maximum height (and I've used it in all these ways!). I've also used it sideways with the rifle butt laying sideways across the ears. I recently stole some filling out of one of my very large sandbags to tighten it up a bit and give it a little more height. I don't remember when or where I got it from but, I've had it for years and it serves me very well. I have that same one hawkeye69 pictured as well. It's lower, and I use it so infrequently that I keep forgetting that I have it.

I also have a few of the larger ones like Hawkeye69 pictured above. I find that I don't use them nearly as much. Usually for a new rifle before installing a rail.

I would suggest getting these two with the hard bottoms:

I fill them with fine blasting media as it has the best weight while still being able to squeeze the bags. They take about 6 months to a year to break in but will last you for ever. Well worth the one time cost.

I have the protectormodel 7 front bag. Had it for going 25 years or so. Funny thing is I paid right around $30 for it on sale from gander mnt. Filled with sand it has served me well. It is just now starting to leave a little sand behind when I move it. I have never found a rear bag I have liked. Love that sock idea. Think im gonna give that a try

I bought a couple of rests on EBay. They were lined and water proof. I took a five gallon bucket of pinto beans and stuffed them with all the beans they could hold! ;) They took about ten pounds of beans total. :) They might be a bit much to carry around but they made quite a difference on my shooting. The toe bag in particular dramatically changed my average group size. The beans were a concession to the "prepper" mentality. There are still plenty of beans left in the bucket but If I ever get hungry I can cook my bags ;)

The price was worth a chance...

I like these, there rubber (not floppy) very consistent support. Been using for a week. The rubbery surface grips the stocks and surface well -have both a wood and synthetic stocks. Note the surface will need to be “kinda” flat for the area the rest takes up, they can’t conform to a uneven surface, unless you put/make a small thin sand bag to fit under them. For me they are perfect as I use a shooting bench with a flat surface, the rear stand and the Caldwell The Rock BR work perfect for me.

I have the same bags. One the size you show and one a little smaller. It also comes with a flat spacer bag about 2" tall if you need to add height. People fill with various things. What I have found to work best for me is kitty litter. It is easy to reshape if you need it. Today I wanted the ears to be a little tighter so I just turned it upside down and shook it a bit and voila!
