Free shooting gallery shelf

Just wanted to show off my free shooting gallery gallery shelf to help make setting up targets a lot easier. I can even hang targets, including paper targets for more fun. It's fun when I hit the spoons. They go flying. I can even bullseye the bottle cap you see on the shelf. 

Made from some scrap lumber I picked up a few months ago and a pair of TV legs I no longer needed for a TV.

get ya some 1/5 scale silhouette targets. they react pretty good too

Reactive targets are a lot of fun. Be careful with the spoons. I have had them send pellets back at me when shot on the cup side - did not have that happen when shot on the convex (back) side.

I have also dipped them in a mix of carpenters chalk and water. After drying they make a neat pop of colored dust when shot. I scratched up the spoons with sandpaper to help the mixture stick.

My little girl and I would have that thing shot up and falling to pieces in a month lol. Looks fun tho.

I've put a few pellets into it already. lol. The wood is actually pretty soft, so the pellets either wedge inside or pass clean through, leaving a nice, round hole in the wood.
