If you bought your fx impact in 2018, FX has agreed with distributers that those FX Impact owners would get a free smooth twist x barrel in the caliber they bought.. im assuming once all the people who paid for an X barrel get theres, so it might be a few months before they send the free shipment to distributers.. contact your supplier and ask..

my supplier, i dont want to put their name out there and have everyone calling that shop thinking its an exclusive deal from them.. you have to contact who you got your Fx impact from

That sounds suspicious. Why would fx just give away free X barrels? Only thing I saw was you could get a break on the price of a new one.

Because theyre a good company that backs their customers and since the release of the X barrels for the impact was so early in 2018, Fx figured it would suck for someone who invested in a $2000 gun only to find out a few months later the FX Impact X was coming out with the smooth twist X system, so people who bought the normal impact in 2018 get a free X barrel in the caliber they bought and the deal for the cheaper upgrade on X barrels is for current impact owners who bought their impacts in 2017 or earlier only for a short time.. 259 for just the X barrel no stroud, no bolt probe. instead of being forced to buy a 400 dollar Barrel kit

Does it apply in the UK? Just got mine and asked for an X barrel and was told directly from ASI they aren’t available yet.
