Foxy is Here!

I have to give some credit out where it is due. Thanks to Matt for getting me the mag holders. they look great. I wish I had gotten a couple more. Notice I mounted one on each side. One has my regular JSB's that I'm shooting at the time and the other side has my hollow points for pesting. Sometimes while I'm shooting, the pests will come and just check out what I'm shooting at. bad idea.
Next I'd like to say thanks to DonnyFl for the great service and for the fantastic workmanship in his product. I placed the order online and within about 15 minutes, he calls me!! He was just checking to make sure I was going to get the correct parts. You gotta love service like that. And, I ordered on Friday and got them on Monday. He must know someone at the post office. :)
Let me tell you about this Sumo. This WC is a bit louder @91db than my Marauder 25 . That is almost not backyard friendly. My Marauder 25 is @87db. My quietest gun is my 177 Marauder all tuned down and very quiet. I use it for pesting. It sits at a low 71db.
So I set up to do the db test on the Sumo. The ambient noise level in the room is 42db (normal). I take the first shot and get 61db. I think "there must have been a malfunction. Something is broken". So just to check, I take the second shot. Again, 61db. Really? How? With the Sumo, this thing is so quiet I could pest from the livingroom while my wife is watching tv and the whisp[er of the Sumo wouldn't make her miss a single word of the show. I can hear the hammer smack the valve. I have to use the word "unbelievable" to describe how quiet this thing is.
With the Sumo installed from buttpad to Sumo cap she is 38.75" long. Still shorter than my Marauder.
I'm a very happy camper.
Here are a few shots of Foxy with all the gear on including the Hawke 8-32x56 Sidewinder Scope, Atlas bi-pod, Mag holders by Matt and of course the Sumo from DonnyFL. Wow is all I can say.
