fox or coyote?

ok so i am going to kill you with pictures and then videos in the next post.. I have photos and videos from 11:50 last night and 5:30 this morning.. 

is it a fox or a coyote? .. same one at both times or different animals .. like 2 different coyotes or 2 different fox 

first set of photos are at 11:50pm 

the next three are at 5:30 am
