Four, Five Shot groups at 60, w/lone heartbreakers...

I typically shoot groups at 40 and 50 yards on occasion, but mostly like to plink. Today after work, I thought hey why not try and group at 60 yards? I shot the two top groups with JSB 18s. The bottom left JSB Redesign 25.39s, the bottom right AAs 16s. The groups were shot consecutively from left to right. Single loaded, scope on 18x, front bipod, rear bag, Bantam Sniper HR. All the groups would be covered by a dime, but for poor technique on targets 1-3. And an unexplained high flyer from the AAs 16s on target 4. The gun can shoot, I have to become more consistent when sending.

I'm always amazed at the ability's of these airguns not to mention the shooters. Any idea the velocity's on those pellets?

@sonny, my last chrono session has the JSB18s at 875 FPS avg. The Redesign 25.39s at 766 FPS avg. and the AAs 16s at 918 FPS avg. The regulator is set at 150 bar, haven’t played with the hammer spring.

@L.Leon - so based on the speed differences your not changing the tune on the gun at all -- just the ammo and adjusting accordingly with the scope - yes? Nice shots.
