Found: foster cap cover

I need a female cover that will stay in position without the use of magnetics. I have several metal covers that use magnets which I am willing to trade, or I'll just buy the non-magnetic one off ya. I've also got lots of misc parts/pieces/connectors if you need anything.

I bought some nipple covers from Amazon that fit male foster connectors if that suits your need. $9 for a pack of ten. I didn't really shop around. It may be one of those items you can get cheaper from Aliexpress or Ebay.

Michael - don't have any extras but I think this is what you want. It's secured by bearings like the female quick disconnect. I replaced the magnetic one on my RAW with this and it holds great.

Go to your local auto supply store and get a pack of rubber valve stem covers.

What I use is a tire valve cap for cars and trucks
Works GREAT and can be bought at any auto store

I found this one in the bottom of my drawer. The O-rings are so brittle they're about to fall off, I'd like a black one, so I'm going to go with black Diesel's recommendation.
