(This is not a video

I shot 550 rounds through my brand new Benjamin Fortitude to "settle the regulator" ...it must have worked. Here are my results testing the first 3 of 10 different pellets, (including H&N FTT's), once my first 550 shots were done.

These groups are 10 shots each, .22 cal Fortitude (broken in) at 35 yards. I sat down, shot these 3 groups on the first try, these are not my best groups of the day, they are my ONLY groups of the day.

I guess the Fortitude made me look pretty stupid today (some of you know why). -Nate

If you look closely at those tins you will notice that the labels are slightly different. If you have a look in the pellets and ammo section, you will find a few of my posts on the difference in consistency from the different batches of .22 JSB Jumbo Heavies. My experience was the opposite of yours with the CZ branded on the bottom of the tin, performing better and the M46/08 ones shooting like crap.

Nice groups!

Those are indeed three completely different pellets. Not surprising the 18.13’s shot so well, I’ve yet to find a gun that doesn’t shoot them. Surprising how poorly the 15.89’s shot though.... good test.

It sure is. The 15.89 JSB has never failed to shoot well in any rifle I have owned. In fact, it has been so dependable, I have not tested others in the last couple of rifles I bought.

Nice group!

I shot the 18.13 gr at around 80 meters with 1/2" 5 shot group center to center with my fx crown, that was from an unstable rest. They shoot very well and havent had any issue with them.

15.89 aren't available in the market around me, ppl here tend to think that a high number is always better. I was actually surprised, from what I read the crown was designed around the 15gr pellets.

Thanks for pointing that out. I failed to notice the different weights. Until recently, I would have agreed with you about the 18.13s.

My daystate redwolf just absolutely doesnt shoot the 18.1s. Its frustrating too. Not sure if the 15s will work better.

Good info on the red wolf. I still have not shot mine. Also you can try that for a 14-point 35 grain JSB are good. Also I just shot 33 grain 22 caliber Beast JS B and out of my Monsoon they were dead accurate at 35 yards. The best pellet out of my monsoon semi auto. 11 shots in a dime-sized hole every time. So order yourself a small 10 of those 33 Beast for sure. The BC on those must be awesome because they are very aerodynamic with good sectional density
