For those of you who have used Krale…what was your experience like?

No tax, great shipping. From the Netherlands, over an ocean, and into my hands in 3 days pretty much every time. My longest wait was 4 days but I'm pretty sure I placed that order on a Friday. Either way zero complaints. Ive never once received a package from them that was even remotely banged up. Ive even ordered pellets from there with no issues. UPS International seems to really do a great job in my experience.

Keep the order under $800 or you run the risk of paying additional fees once your order comes stateside.

Several purchases from Krale over the years, mostly for items which were only being offered for Pre-order from US venders. A vendor in the Netherlands sent me a note a few months ago saying that there might be an import duty on items purchased from their web site which cost more than $800.

I've had good service from Krale. I wouldn't hesitate to use them as a vendor and usually check their website if something I really want is not in stock at any US vendors. I've bought from them for several years now and don't remember being required to send them a photo ID but it has been years now. Given the very restrictive gun ownership laws in many European countries I can understand why a company there might be required to get some proof of age of purchaser. It just never seems to come up when I order something.

My bigger concern on any foreign import purchase would be where and how to obtain repair service, parts and technical advice. That would mostly apply to items which are not already widely available in the US, or with a very limited dealer network in the US. I decided recently not to buy a lever action PCP rifle from Lobo in Spain partly because they don't have any US dealerships yet who might service one.

Krale is an excellent and professional vendor. Items in stock are shipped quickly and are well packaged to survive the rigors of shipment. They have processes in place for efficient sales & shipment to U.S. customers.

Some orders have gone perfectly smoothly, and others haven't. For reasons outside of Krale's control. Once the shipment hits the U.S., then it becomes managed by UPS, Customs and in one case for me, CBP, Krale has no ability to manage how efficient or accurate these U.S. entities perform their work.

Most of my orders have come to me without paying any U.S. Customs Duties, and have been delivered within a few days of shipment. One rifle got caught up in UPS/Customs errors where it was inaccurately held up as a 'firearm'. If this happens you just have to be prepared to wait, and hope for the best. It eventually arrived 2 weeks late, and due to the additional scrutiny it underwent, I also had to pay Customs Duties on it. These pretty much washed away any savings I got by ordering the gun through Krale, although it was not even in stock at U.S. dealers at the time.

I believe that the majority of Krale orders (at least in my personal experience) will come through quickly and smoothly. But in ordering from Krale one has to be prepared for the order which doesn't go through the process in a smooth or timely manner. But this is not the fault of Krale.

Agree with others, excellent prices, three-day shipping, secure packaging. First used, this month, for $1410. AGT Uragan. Paid $66.99 in import (duty) fees, but still beat popular US based dealer's price by $263. I've noticed Krale's pricing drops slowly, in small increments, daily. Same Uragan now selling in upper $1300. Interesting marketing strategy. Was concerned sending copy of ID, but haven't heard of any complications from others, so took the chance. Plan to purchase AGT Vulcan 3 from Krales when synthetic stock becomes available. WM

I ordered a Kalibr Argus 60 .30 cal from them on a Tuesday and it got to Ohio on a Friday! $66 import tax and $55 shipping, but the gun only cost ~$1350, so fair savings over state side vendors.

I had a problem with the gun, and when I went to send it back through UPS shipping was $360!!! Lucky for me, Krale agreed to send me a shipping label so I was able to return it at no cost!

Highly recommended!

Very easy and the shipping is fast. Sometimes your credit card may not go through because often a bank will pick it up as a fraudulent charge due to it being an overseas purchase. It happened to me. But I called my bank and they cleared the charge right then. I would order again from them if they had something that I wanted without hesitation.

I ordered my P35 from Krale last year. I ordered on a weekend and I think I got it Thursday the next week. I was happy with the speed. It arrived undamaged and worked great right out of the box. I paid shipping but it was about $50. No warranty but has a complete set of O-rings and tools. I have heard Krale is good about returns for initial issues which is encouraging. I plan to order another P35 when they have them in stock.
