For pushing Lot's of air N' .25....Ur Choice: Hugget Astille or Donny FL Sumo?

Between the two you list I'd go with the Astille. Very effective moderator. Get extra chambers for more quiet. They even sell a little tip addition for more quieting.
I'd also consider the Huggett Magna.

I didn't want to throw it in there as the OP didn't ask for it, but IMO the STO is quieter than all the others - if you get the right flow insert.

The STO Falx in High Flow configuration is what I have on my .25 Delta Wolf and my .25 Impact slugger. Great moderator. In every way.

My apologies @CheckUrSix if I hijacked your thread. That was not my intention. But we always hear about Donny, Huma and Huggett but no info on other manufacturers/sellers. Thanks for the info guys.

Between the two you've listed I'd definitely go for the Astille.
It's significantly quieter to my ear (Sumo doesn't actually fare well against most competitors in my opinion) and beautifully machined/constructed.
I had an STO Levitas previously which had significant limitations like absolutely requiring a gun with a big shroud due to its baffle/gas diode position, but was really good if those circumstances were met, especially given its size. I'm sure the newer ones are a big improvement and well worth checking out.
The huma mod40 works great too. Better overall I think than the mod 30.

I am happy with the DonnyFL Shogun on my .25 and .30 Impact. It is backyard friendly for me with my usual 70 to 90 FPE plinking tunes. I have no experience with the others mentioned.

Neither I got the .25 Huma compact Moderator which is modular so you increase its quieting capacity at any time. Great moderators you don't hear enough about
