Focusable IR Light?

Can anyone recommend a good focusable IR flashlight that doesn't cost and arm and a leg? I've found that there are a bunch of super cheap IR lights varying from 860nm to 940nm available from Amazon, AliExpress, eBay etc. Some of them are indeed crap. Some are actually decent. The best that I've found so far is an 850nm IR light that is powered by a single AA battery and the the light can be focused for $10. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of anything better.

I've heard good things about the T20 IR torch. It's 850 nm and focus able.
It's a little more $ though.
