Looks like a spam-bot with poor programming. Such is the price of success. The scumbags are simply net traffic parasites. The translations appears to be for fraud document producer.

That spammer/bot created multiple accounts & posted hundreds of topics. Sorry about all that crap. We're working to write additional rules/code to keep them out.

PS: I'm not sure if this is related - like a new spam 'countermeasure', but,
when I tried to post, I was given an error - That I was posting too fast,
and it said that I had to wait 180 seconds in between posts..
