Almost every single blade manufactured spinning target has a some form of raised spot on either side of the spinner blade, that eventually wears, and allows the blade to slip off center, and/or get stuck.
See the simple fix below - cut a small section of 1/4" plastic tubing to use as a spacer, then use 1/4" ratchet hose clamps over the plastic tubing. This is a five minute fix and the target will now last until you finally shoot the blade totally up beyond repair.
